- This only pertains to orders that contain non-personalized items such as graduation stoles, embroidered sweatshirts, etc., as most orders are made-to-order, so if the order is not personalized, the return is eligible. 

2. **Process for Returns:**

   - Provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details.

3. **Return Shipping Costs:**
   - The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. **Condition of Returned Items:**
   - Items must be returned in their original condition.
   - The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. This may affect the refund amount.

Refunds

   - If your return is approved, we will process your refund within  7 business days.

2. **Refund Method:**
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

3. **Non-Refundable Items:**
   - Certain items are non-refundable, including personalized items, since they are catered to the individual person.

Exchanges

1. **Exchanges Process:**
   - If you wish to exchange an item, please get in touch with us first so we are made aware, then follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
