Tracking & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Typically, orders ships out in 1-3 days; however, since most items in my shop are made to order, orders can take 1-7 days before being shipped out.
If if there are delays over a week, we will personally reach out to you and inform you about your order.
Where is my order?
If your order has been shipped and is either lost in the mail or was marked as delivered without you receiving it, please file a claim with USPS.
Unfortunately, I am unable to track down any packages myself once they are dropped off at the Post Office.
If the USPS, tell you personal they lost your package, please let them send you and letter to share with us and we will replace your order.
Order Questions
I put the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
You can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet!
Orders take 1-3 days unless otherwise stated, so please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.
Please email info@beyondbeautifulbyama.com with your Order Number in the Subject, and the correct/updated address in your email.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please Help!
This can be quite unfortunate and frustrating, especially when you are excited about your order. Please email info@beyondbeautifulbyama.com with any issues regarding your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number in the Subject of your email.
Am I able to return or exchange a recent purchase?
Since most of my inventory are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges as of right now.
Where is my order?
Please allow 7 business days before reaching out about shipping. Some items are made specially for you and may take additional time to process.

We welcome orders through both online and offline channels (you can also message us to place an order on IG or TikTok). For online orders, you can add your items directly to your shopping cart. If you prefer to place an offline order without a consultation, kindly use our Canva template in the description, share it with us, and email us back at info@beyondbeatifulbyama.com
How can I customize my stole?
I want to make your graduation season as smooth as possible. You can customize your stole through a consultation with me or go the self-service route.
For consultation, we work together to customize and design your stole if you need help or are not sure what you would like on it.
If you choose not to proceed with a consultation and already have a design idea in mind, please use this Canva link to customize your stole using the style you prefer. Once finished, email your completed design link with editor access and your order number in the email subject line to info@beyondbeautifulbyama.com.
What is the difference between Embroidery, Printing, and Sublimation?
Embroidery, printing, and sublimation are three different methods used for decorating apparel. [CURRENTLY, WE ONLY PROVIDE SUBLIMATED STOLES.]
Each method has its own unique characteristics, advantages, and limitations. Here's a brief overview of the differences between embroidery, printing, and sublimation on apparel:
- Embroidery: The process of stitching a design directly onto the fabric using a needle and thread. It creates a weighted, 3D texture.
- Printing: Ink is applied to the surface of the fabric. Screen printing uses stencils, while Direct-to-Garment (DTG) works like an office printer.
- Sublimation: A heat transfer process where ink turns into gas and bonds directly with fabric fibers, becoming part of the material.
In summary, the choice between embroidery, printing, and sublimation depends on factors such as the design complexity, desired look and feel, fabric type, and intended use of the apparel.
